Spokane has a lot of real estate companies. Which one is considered the best company according the Spokane, Washington residents? Who are the best real estate agents in Spokane, Washington? Historically, which company has been there the longest? Do any of the real estate companies also have title and mortgage companies?

Volume realty companies in no particular order have to be:
1) Windermere LLC with 6 offices in Spokane.
2. Tomlinson-Black
3. John L. Scott
4. Coldwell Banker
5. Keller-Williams (No, I do not own it even though my last name is Keller
6. Exit Realty
Interesting as to who are the best Realtor’s in Spokane. Are we talking teams or individuals or quality Realtors? Just because you sell $20 million a year as a team doesn’t make them the best. Individual attention sometimes equals quality and remember that personality of the client & Realtor are so so important. In selling it is communicating and keeping the client informed. In buying it is educating & advising the client in the buying process from start to finish. Always ask for recommendations from the prospective Realtor. Tomlinson-Black have an interest in Stewart Title. Windermere-Palouse office where W. Michael Keller is located does not favor any title company. Many people question the potential conflict of interest when the brokerage is dealing with their own title company. W. Michael Keller gives you the choice of selection and if you do not have one in mind then the two best are Pacific Northwest Title and First American Title.
