Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Spokane, Washington and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   Condo’s in Spokane ~ As of today 9/21/07, there are 313 condos available in the MLS in the greater Spokane area. They range in price from $57,500 to $1,100,160. There are a lot of different types of condos from an economy studio near Mt Spokane, converted apartments, remodeled historic buildings, newly built view condos, single family residences, just to name a few illustrating the wide diversity of available properties. Of those available, 97 are in gated communities and 67 have access to a pool or spa.
   Several of these condos are on a Golf Course or across from a park. We have a quite a number of Condos in the revitalized Downtown area which in addition to being within walking distance of Riverfront Park, shopping, restaurants and lots of different kinds of entertainment bonus with a recent 10 year abatement from owners having to pay property taxes. Wow!
   Regarding the question about age restricted, there are several communities meeting that particular criteria. I know of at least one very nice 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, high quality updated single family dwelling in a condo with beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds, 2 ponds, pool, and clubhouse in a gated community priced just $100K higher than the current average price for a condo in Spokane. That is a pretty spectacular statement considering that of the 313 condos, 60 are listed at $125K or less.
   Since January 1, 2005 we have sold and closed 988 condo units and many of those units were age restricted. Homes come on the market daily so if the type of home you desire to find is not presently on the market it may soon be available. We presently have about twice as many homes on the market as we did this time in 2005 and fewer buyers.
   The benefit to you is that you have more homes from which to choose.
